FAQs

How Long is the Program?

Program duration is unique to your specific needs and goals. Although, programming typically is a 5-7 month commitment.

What is the Time Commitment?

I get it. Between practice, training, competitions, school/work, and maintaining a personal life, time is not in high supply. The last thing I want is for our programming to overflow an already full plate. That is why I have designed this program as a “hybrid” format. This means that after our first month of programming, we reduce the frequency of in-person appointments to 1 hour/month. With technology today, connecting virtually is a seamless and time-saving alternative to ensure we are continually monitoring your program progression and movement technique. Of course, if additional in-person time is needed or preferred, we will make it happen!
Commitment to completing your at-home program regularly is expected to ensure you are getting the most out of your investment.

Can I submit the program cost to my private insurance?

Yes. The FHPP assessment and program costs can be submitted to your private insurance as Physiotherapist Services.

Is this a Strength and Conditioning Program?

Although I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, the purpose of this program is not solely Strength and Conditioning. My goal is to keep you in the game by building injury resilience and through correcting and promoting protective movement patterns. Did you know female athletes are at a 6x higher risk of tearing their ACL than males? Lost time due to injury = lost opportunities. We also enhance athletic performance by creating more explosiveness, power, quicker change of direction and acceleration. All of these goals will ultimately improve your ability to perform on the field, but also in the gym.
